LL HLS Player Playback Improvement

In earlier versions of LL HLS Player, pausing and resuming a livestream resulted in playback of previously paused content before updating to the latest frame. The latest improvement ensures that upon resuming, the player immediately jumps to the latest frame, enhancing the viewing experience.
